Slip-on, blind, and custom ring flanges with accurate bolt circles and bores — cut from plate in carbon, stainless, and alloys.
Not every flange needs to be a forged catalog item. Plate flanges and rings — slip-ons, blinds, backing rings, and custom patterns — are often faster and more economical to laser cut, especially in odd sizes, non-standard bolt circles, or alloy grades that are hard to source forged.
Bolt circle accuracy is what makes a plate flange usable. Our fiber laser locates every bolt hole to print, and every hole leaves the shop deburred with every surface deslagged — ready for the machinist or straight to fit-up.
Fabrication shops, pipe fabricators, pressure vessel manufacturers, and plant maintenance teams across the Gulf Coast and the United States call Roosevelt Steel Co. when a flange is non-standard, hard to source, or needed fast.

Plate flanges only work if the bolt circle and bore land where the print says. High-powered laser cutting is built for exactly that:
Send the drawing as a DXF, DWG, or PDF and hear back promptly. Working from an old hand-drawn print or a marked-up photocopy? Send that too — we convert hand drawings to CAD in house. MTRs are available on request.
