Production runs of non-catalog parts — gaskets, wear plates, gear blanks, and complex profiles in any alloy we cut.
Plenty of the work that keeps a plant running has no catalog number. A wear plate shaped to a specific chute. A gasket for a flange pattern nobody makes anymore. A gear blank in an alloy the supplier does not stock. A profile that exists only on your print.
That is the work this line is for — repeat production of parts defined by your drawing rather than someone else’s catalog, in quantities from a handful to a standing order.
Once a part is programmed, reordering is a phone call. The file stays on record, so the hundredth part matches the first — same profile, same hole locations, same edge condition. For maintenance stock and consumable wear items, that consistency matters more than the price of any single piece.

For repeat production of non-catalog parts, the high-powered laser is what keeps quality and cost predictable:
Send the drawing as a DXF, DWG, or PDF and hear back promptly. Working from an old hand-drawn print or a marked-up photocopy? Send that too — we convert hand drawings to CAD in house. MTRs are available on request.
